Instructions

1. Chill your Martini glass (or Coupe glass) in the freezer or by filling it with ice water.

2. Pour the vodka, passion fruit liqueur, passion fruit purée, lime juice, and simple syrup into a cocktail shaker.

3. Fill the shaker generously with ice cubes.

4. Secure the lid and shake vigorously for about 15-20 seconds until the shaker feels ice-cold.

5. Discard the ice from your chilled glass.

6. Double strain the mixture into the chilled glass (use both a Hawthorne strainer and a fine mesh strainer to catch any fruit pulp or ice shards).

7. Garnish the cocktail by floating half a passion fruit on top.

8. Pour the chilled Prosecco into a separate shot glass (or Champagne flute).

9. Serve the Pornstar Martini immediately with the shot of Prosecco on the side.
